About Me

Zahran has a Master Degree in Strategic Project Management from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom. He has experience in preparing Strategies, Strategic Management and Project Management through the experience of working at Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) and Oman 2040 Vision Office since 2014. He has worked on important national projects such as, Oman Vision 2040, and the Five-Year Plans for the Sultanate. He also participated in establishing the Strategic Management Office (SMO) in the SCP. In addition, he is head of Strategy and Business Development at Alhinai & Co. since 2013.
