About Me

He has a law degree as well as a master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. Mr. Lal has expansive experience in a variety of legal areas with heavy specialization in Commercial Law. Fluent in both English and Hindi as well as having a basic working understanding of Arabic, he has comprehensive knowledge in legal drafting and has contributed greatly to the World Bank’s “Doing Business” series since 2005. Prior to joining Alhinai & Co, he worked as legal consultant with other leading Omani law firms since 1991 in areas such as Agency law, Company law, Construction law, and Labour law.
