She studied Law at University of Khartoum, Sudan and is currently working on her master’s degree with focused research into Penalties & Liquidated Damages. She started working in 2005 and has served as a legal adviser at the Ministry of Justice in the Department of Government Contracts in Sudan. Suhair’s legal career path demonstrates her extensive experience in litigation before different levels of courts concerning a variety of areas of law including a heavy focus on commercial and corporate issues.
