Holding an LLB from the University of Alexandria-Egypt,1979

He started working in Oman in 1981 with Maamri and Associates /(Advocates and Legal Consultants). Then he moved to the banking sector in 1989 as a Head of the Legal Department and Secretary to the Board of Directors. He specializes in non-conventional financing systems(Islamic), mergers and acquisitions, general corporate-commercial, banking, and corporate finance.
