Our client is accused of using a Forged Document, which is a Mining License. Under reasonable and valid grounds, we proved to the Criminal Court that he was unaware that the document is forged, and given that the knowledge of the accused is a main factor in the crime of using a forged document. Accordingly, the Court issued its decision that our client is innocent and convicted another accused with forgery in the same case.
